    Through dedication and hard work, Joe Taylor has cemented the business as a premier provider of emergency services in the New Jersey and Philadelphia markets. Thanks to integrity, and his vision of providing “Unmatched Service Experience,” Joe Taylor Restoration has enjoyed tremendous growth since the business was founded.

    Joe always goes above and beyond in ensuring that each and every customer is treated with the utmost care and respect. Furthermore, he encourages team members organization wide to strive to provide second-to-none results. As the brains behind the company, Joe works endlessly to ensure that the “product” remains of the same high quality that it was when Joe began the company out of his garage in 2002, while he was personally servicing the homes of his customers.

    Through Joe’s leadership, Joe Taylor Restoration continues to expand and thrive. Today, Joe Taylor Restoration’s remarkable headquarters boasts over 36,000 square feet in South Florida, while expanding to an entirely new region with the opening of Joe Taylor Restoration’s PA and NJ offices.

    Joe Taylor is a proud New Jersey Native, but has enjoyed living in South Florida for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and is passionate about quality time with family, as well as burning rubber and racing cars on the drag strip.

  • Aaron Getty

    Vice President

    Aaron has been an employee Joe Taylor Restoration for well over a decade. When Aaron took over as the head of marketing and sales, the business blossomed from a humble 8 team members to now, over 50. Thanks to this tremendous growth, Aaron was promoted to vice president in 2016. Since his promotion, Aaron continues to facilitate the growth of the business, and expanding the service area of the business to new regions of the country.

    On a day to day basis, Aaron over see the operations and ensures the company delivers on their promises and expectations. Aaron will be the first to tell you overseeing the business isn’t an easy task  “as Joe has extremely high expectations.”

    Aaron is a proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, from where he graduated in 2005 with a BA in Marketing and while acquiring a minor in Management. Aaron has always been athletic,  playing sports throughout his entire life, playing sports like basketball, golf, and football. Additionally, he’s always outdoors, as he’s a big fan of saltwater fishing. As an avid reader, Aaron spends a majority of his time focused on topics like advancing the business and personal growth.

    Aaron resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife Stephanie and his son. Along with the rest of his family, Aaron is very active in the Boca Raton community and regularly works with different charities like Spanish River Church, First Care, and Compassion International.

  • Cathy Penyak

    Controller

    In 2016, Cathy Penyak joined the Joe Taylor Restoration team, bringing along over 20 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance.  Along with her decades of experience, she provides her attention to detail, work ethic, and continuous drive to her position and the rest of the company.

    Currently, Cathy oversees the entirety of the Finance Department, which includes all forms of Accounting, as well as cash forecasting, budgeting, and payroll.

    Cathy is a graduate of Allentown College, holding a B.S Degree in Accounting. Additionally, she’s also a proud holder of an MBA degree from DeSales University in Pennsylvania. Cathy received her undergraduate degree as a non-traditional student; working a full time job, raising an active and growing young family and attending night school.

    Cathy left Easton, PA for Florida in 2016. Currently, she resides in Delray Beach, FL with her three sons, Brian, David and Kevin, and her husband Jim.

    Cathy loves being outdoors, boating, kayaking, as well as watching the sunrise over the ocean. She’s also an avid reader. Recently, Cathy has taken up running. Cathy has ran in several 5-K races, one of which was a Color-Run, and is looking forward to running her first 10-K race.

  • Karen Radewicz

    Director of Operations

    Karen has been a team member of Joe Taylor Restoration since 2018. Currently, Karen directs operational functions within remote branches and the corporate office alike. These operational functions include HR, recruiting, customer service, and fleet and safety.  Karen brought over a decade of operational experience to Joe Taylor Restoration, as she continues to look for ways to increase internal and external satisfaction, as well as make improvements company wide.

    Karen is a proud Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification holder, which has allowed her to lead successful large-scale projects from start-ups to enterprise sized businesses. Karen also holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelors Degree in Marketing.

    Native to North Carolina, Karen currently lives in Boca Raton, FL. When she’s out of the office, Karen is a writer, business coach, painter, and general adventurer.

  • Glenda Galarza

    Cleaning Department Manager

    Glenda began her journey at Joe Taylor Restoration as an assistant manager in 2016. Due to her immense hard work and attention to detail, she was promoted to management in early 2018.

    For over a decade, Glenda has directed all remediation operational functions. Glenda has extensive and unmatched experience in biohazard, fire, and the construction industry as whole.

    Glenda is a proud native of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. In 1992, her and her family made the move to Miami where she had her first American school experience.  During her time in high school, Glenda achieved the position of Captain of the Varsity Volleyball team and was an active member of the Varsity Soccer Team.

    For  years, Glenda sharpened her leadership skills through her athletic pursuits, and now applies these skills to her career. This allows her to provide both employees and customers with a collaborative, support, and professional work environment.

    Glenda holds a certification in Digital Architecture as well as AutoCad design from Palm Beach State College. Additionally, she also holds certifications from the WTR, IIRC, WTR, as well as Green Association Certifications from these same organizations.

    Glenda is the proud mother of her boy, and loves spending time with him and the rest of the family. They enjoy outdoor activities like skateboarding, biking, swimming. Additionally, Glenda says one of her favorite things to do is support those who are working towards their goals.

  • Clegg Durkin

    Water Department Manager

    Clegg is one of the original members of the Joe Taylor Restoration, joining the business in 2003 shortly after the doors opened. Since then, he’s had his hand in every aspect of growing the startup company.

    As Joe Taylor Restoration continued to expand, Clegg made water restoration his primary focus, and he has managed countless water damage restoration jobs of all shapes and sizes. Clegg is high energy, results-oriented, and hands-on with skills in quality assurance, program development, and customer service. This restoration industry veteran has endless knowledge of the vision of company goals as well as the company’s best practices.

    Clegg is a  devoted business mind and team player. He has grown and developed the water damage department through retaining and mentoring second-to-none team members while always staying aware of the latest in water damage technology.

    Clegg is a Florida Native, and a graduate from Rollins College in Winter Park, which is located near Orlando. Clegg is an angler and hunter who loves  sharing experiences with friends and family. When he’s not fishing or hunting, you can find Clegg in the cockpit of an airplane, riding a bike, or relaxing with a good book.
